Vote Today, Deadline's tomorrow! Help us work with more communities

The KWoA Pride of Place intergenerational project encourages older people to get to know their younger neighbours better through sharing stories, memories and interests across the generations.

Our Pride of Place project is one of five shortlisted projects for The People's Projects in the Border TV region. The three projects with the most votes in each ITV region will be offered funding of up to £50,000.

This is an extraordinary opportunity for us to potentially support so many more children, more young families, and more older people in more communities in South Lakeland as they meet older and younger neighbours in their communities, getting to know each other better through sharing stories and interests. It’s important that our local older people are valued and are at the centre of their communities, inspiring the younger generations.

Please help us by voting before tomorrow's deadline, midday Sunday March 13th.

HOW TO VOTE:

Please visit this link, watch our Pride of Place film, vote and pass the link on to others that might like to vote too.
